Call for papers

A 4 page proceeding will have to be submitted after abstract acceptance.

The Deadline for paper submission is February 15, 2014.
Due to many requests, the deadline for receipt of papers is extended to March 2nd


Based on this proceeding, the contribution will be evaluated for an oral presentation.
The final acceptance is conditioned by your registration before May 15, 2014.

The accepted 4 page papers will be published as a book of proceedings given to all participants in :
- Printed version in  black & white
- Electronic version in color on USB stick

They will also be made available on the website before the conference (open access, except explicit refusal of the authors before May 15th)

No poster sessions are foreseen in GD conference series.

All accepted contributions will be orally presented and each attendee may present up to 2 contributions.

An additional fee will be charged for the second contribution in order to cover the extra printing costs (see Registration).

Please generate a pdf file that should correspond to this example.

Files must be submitted in Acrobat pdf format by following this procedure:

- Login to your Sciencesconf account

- Follow "My Space", "My submissions"

- For each of your accepted abstracts, under the Action tag, click on the "+" sign to Add the Paper.

- In step 1, just copy paste the abstract section of your paper in the required Abstract field.

- In step 2 of the submission procedure ("Authors"), please enter all authors of the paper in the right order.
Authors not mentioned online will not appear in the List of Authors at the end of the proceeding book.

- After your submission, your paper will be visible under "My Space", "My submissions" (it can take a few minutes before your submitted paper appears)
